  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over them.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes to set the glaze.
  5. Brush the remaining glaze on the fillets and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
