  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 13 tsp milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together canola oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until smooth.

  6. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add milk to achieve desired consistency.
