  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 (7 ounce) jar vegan marshmallow crème
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool on wire racks.
  4. For frosting: Beat room temperature butter until creamy; add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in vegan marshmallow crème until smooth.
  5. For ganache: Heat heavy cream over chocolate chips in the microwave until melted and smooth.
