Instructions

  3. In another pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add orzo, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until tender.
  4. Serve the meatballs alongside fluffy lemon orzo and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
