  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast by dissolving it with honey in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon dough into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle tops with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; rotate the pan halfway through baking.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
