  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
