  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce (15 oz)
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Hollow out the kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside each bread bowl.
  5. Toast the bowls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta and alfredo sauce with the chicken; stir well.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
