  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (about 56 peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, granulated sugar, and flour until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine the remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter and mix with your fingers until crumbly.
